I created MMA many moons ago as a means to be creative and start something for myself while living in SA and although I didn’t carry it on, I am proud of the wee thing, it celebrates mates I love.

However I am now on a new far more exciting path of being a holistic coach! And rather then ask all you lovely lot to support my new page I thought I would do a little switcheroo here and crack on!

I’m not gonna be a insta star I won’t be going crazy on here either BUT I will be updating it about my business, my journey and a few fun facts for you guys! Watch this space! # # #
