Phenix was feeling a little frustrated at being stuck inside, and so was I to be honest..

So a little intuition came to me to say “get out of here, and go explorer mode”

And I listened to the call ✨

Sometimes on walks even though I’m usually present, I can just walk, walk, walk on a mission.

Unless I’m stopping to meditate, have a snack or a slash (non uk peeps ask google) 🤷🏽‍♂️

When nature calls you gota answer!

Anyway I stopped for one of them. You guess which one 👀 & Phenix decided he wanted to stay there.

At first I was thinking “he’s going to get dirty, or what if he eats some mud etc”

Then I realised that was the point.

Next thing, me and him were getting our grounding on ✋🏽🌳playing in the leaves, mud and getting involved and dirty.

Refuelling on some of that green energy 🔋

Today little Phenix Kanhaiya taught me to let go a little bit more, & let the inner child be free & have fun.

Sometimes us adults can be so serious can’t we?

Grateful for these Papa & son nature adventures.

I know he won’t be this size forever, so doing my best to make the most of it, & BE the most for it 🧡
