With applications closing next week, we're taking a look back at the incredible first year of our mentorship programme, created in partnership with Maya Jama and MIJ Presents.

Here's a snapshot of what we got up to last year:

• Mentors visited Parliament Hill School to share career journeys and inspire the next generation of creative talent
• Hosted a community masterclass with powerhouse panellists at Broadwick Soho
• Mentees took part in six monthly mentoring sessions and enjoyed behind-the-scenes access on a TV set visit
• Built lasting professional relationships, expanded networks and unlocked exciting career opportunities

Over six months, you'll receive:
