Man arrested after Shoreditch crossbow attacks - Hackney Post A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a mother and a young man were shot with a crossbow in Hackney.

Film lovers were treated to a sneak preview of the forthcoming film The Sweet East, starring Jacob Elordi and breakout talent Talia Ryder, at a Hackney cinema last week. The film is set for full theatrical release in the UK on 29 March.

On Tuesday night at the Rio Cinema, cinephiles were invited to the screening and filmmakers’ Q&A of acclaimed cinematographer Sean Price Williams’ directorial debut.
