That was until I happened upon a quote attributed Albert Einstein that resonated with me: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different result”. It was time to end the insanity. I know first-hand that the work environment can be a cold, soulless place, that if left unchecked can turn into a monster that can and will devour all aspects of your life. However, I strongly believe that it doesn’t have to be like that. This is why I took the leap, nurturing and growing the seed of the idea that would eventually become BeLimitLess, making the possibility of change a reality, not only for myself, but for others too. Nowadays, not enough consideration is given to insuring those in managerial positions have the appropriate skillset to motivate those who work for them. I believe that John G. Stumpf was absolutely correct when he said: “People leave their manager; they don’t leave companies”. BeLimitLess is all about you!
