Some exciting news; we took home two of the biggest awards at the UK Company Culture Awards last night!

We won Gold for Best Approach to Mental Health and Wellbeing, trumping some major, well-known UK companies. We also won Silver for the Best Cultural Initiative; we put our Happiness Manifesto forward for both of these.

It's a major group achievement! Thanks to everyone's voices, input and feedback, we're now officially recognized for having one of the best company cultures in the UK. Culture doesn't stop at beanbags and standardized benefits - it starts with listening to your employees about what really matters to them.

Congratulations to all Finalists, there was some seriously inspiring work on display!
