We had an insightful session yesterday with our Emerging Leaders on 'Coaching for Performance and Development' with Jagjeet Doheley from Ribbons Consulting, Simon Hawtrey-Woore and Sam Mancey.

The live coaching session gave our delegates an opportunity to reflect on their own ways of coaching their teams and find new ways to support and inspire them.

Last week was such a successful start to the BRC Leaders Summer School that we couldn't not feature one half of our presenting duo; Emma Cushing. ✨

Over the past few years, we have worked with The Centre for Inclusive Leadership on various projects - the primary one being the Summer School.

Last week, we had the pleasure not only of welcoming back Paul Anderson-Walsh FRSA as keynote speaker, but also of welcoming back their Chief of Staff, Emma as our Transforming Leaders programme lead after being such a great supporter of our programme for many years. 👬
