Holbrook Park | Listed Building Consent
We have recently received LBC for the reconfiguration and retrofit of a 2 bedroom flat within the Grade II listed, Holbrook Park Estate in Horsham. The proposals seek to upgrade and insulate the fabric of the property to meet thermal, acoustic and fire regulations as well as simplifying and maximising the interiors. Breathable insulation, heating via ASHP and new heritage double glazing have all been incorporated to improve efficiency and comfort. Additional detail was provided to the council, ensuring that all consent conditions were met within the original submission allowing works to progress quickly on site.
