Need an email building? Nel's drafting the template. Need someone to vent to? Nel's ears are open. A real asset to the team and all-round legend!

This year's is about embracing equity not only in the workplace but in schools, home, communities, mind and actions.

We're playing our part by championing our ever-growing number of female colleagues who continue to challenge the stereotype working in a male-dominated tech industry. We're celebrating achievements - big and small - and encouraging our peers to grow and learn together. We're working together to forge inclusive work cultures and call for gender equality.
