I had bronchtis this year, eating healthy was key to recovery and I found that my appetite was very low and I found focusing in on specific foods help my recovery.

This plant is edible and medicinal 😯
It's a succulent called Kalanchoe and has traditionally been used to treat ailments such as infections, rheumatism and inflammation. Kalanchoe extracts also have immunosuppressive effects.
🍃 it has been a blessing because it grows so easily and since everything that has been going on the local markets are closed and fresh vegetables have become very expensive.
💫I know that even just a little bit provides alot of medicinal properties so even though I don't have a large patch to grow food I can do what I can. I encourage your to start growing medicinal edible plants all it takes is some soil, light, water and a pot!
