Get the coffee brewing, headache tablets ready, put the ‘do not disturb’ sign up on the toilet door, get your winning team in place (then take a 12 point hit in game week 3!) and brace yourself for the ups and downs!
Hopefully this season will be not be too ’stressful’ and VAR won’t be operated by Stevie Wonder again!

There’s up to 5 transfers you can roll-over, all chips are repeated in the second half of the season and subtle defender/midfield rule changes - so swot up!

ANYONE CAN ENTER - so tell your mates and spread the word! Bit of fun for everyone.
Deadline for game week 1 entries is 15th August 18:30pm (although you can join anytime, you’ll just miss out on 1st week points - in my case normally disappointing)

The Rock on Rob FPL was set up in memory of our good friend Rob Jenkins as a way of remembering him and carrying on his excellent FF leagues he set up over the years.
