General information
The MetFlam range includes doors for a wide range of applications with an emphasis on prestige architectural interiors in commercial and public sector buildings.
All designs and schemes are aimed to achieve the desired look for the architects along with achieving the performance required, with the range including designs capable of up to 180 minutes fire resistance. MetFlam doors and screens comfortably exceed 60 minutes’ integrity when tested to BS:476 part 22. Delivery is another plus; MetFlam is capable of turning a contract around within four weeks if required due to its fully equipped on site design and manufacturing facility, ensuring total control from order placement to completion.
MetFlam promote a programme of on-going investment in both equipment and software, ensuring all products are effectively, manufactured to the highest quality.
Manufacuring facility includes the following:
• CAD design 2D and 3D drawing facilities & programming
• Computerised machinery
• CNC piercing, punching, pressing, bending plant
• MIG, Arc & TIG welding plants, CNC milling, turning and various other items of general manufacturing equipment
Any volume of product can be confidently managed from “one-off” specials to high quantity production runs. MetFlam’s full range of designs are available as either supply only or supply and fix.
