Through the delivery of projects, courses and creation of flexible work opportunities that both interest and challenge young people in roles which are often unreachable due to lack of experience or qualifications. Once part of a youth empowerment social enterprise called CityZEN, both directors have gone on to work professionally with a range of individuals and organisations taking command of their own knowledge, success and progression.
