In2 Health has developed a range of services aimed at helping each person to change lifestyle and to encourage health & well being by facilitating change on a physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual level. We work with communities to reach all people, regardless of their income, social background and education. We also have projects that reach groups who become isolated due to mobility and illnesses issues. The treatments are focused to identify imbalances in the body and then allow it to return to a state of balance and health. We also believe in a pro-active approach where people are empowered to take charge of their life and encouraged to make changes, providing dietary advice as well as postural assessments and exercises, to prevent illness and injuries.
