Last week we hosted our final Reset retreat of 2026…
14 of us flew out to Tamraght, Morocco for a week of surfing, experiential group therapy, psycho-education, restorative yoga, breathwork, NSDR + HRV training with lots of laughs, tears and breakthrough moments.
A huge thanks to our Alumni who took the brave leap to join us, and trust Resurface in guiding you through your current challenges.
