This week has reminded us just how valuable work experience can be. Observing, asking questions, developing confidence, learning how to communicate with clients... and apparently planning your own gym before the week is over.
We're proud to give young people a genuine insight into the fitness industry, while encouraging them to be creative, curious and willing to learn.

In all seriousness, work experience at FitFunActive is about much more than making the tea or sweeping the floor.
Actullay students spend time observing personal training sessions, learning how to communicate with clients, developing problem-solving skills, gaining an insight into what it really takes to run a small business and of course creating content that helps spread the message.
