Today, I built a new automation in Make.com that automatically creates and sends client invoices from Notion, tracks payments, and even sends payment reminders through Gmail and WhatsApp.

Today, I built a workflow combining HubSpot + Make.com + Zapier:
1️⃣ HubSpot – Captures new leads through forms and saves them as contacts.
2️⃣ Make.com – Automatically logs lead data into Google Sheets and notifies the team on Slack.
3️⃣ Zapier – Sends a personalized follow-up email and adds the lead into another CRM.
✅ Result: Leads are captured, stored, followed up, and tracked automatically—saving time and ensuring no lead is missed..

Hi there!
Today, I set up a new automation combining HubSpot and Make.com. It’s designed to streamline lead capture, CRM updates, email follow-ups, and notifications. The scenario is still a work in progress, but here’s the idea:
HubSpot handles lead capture via forms, automatically creates contacts, assigns sales reps, and sends welcome emails.
Make.com logs the lead into Google Sheets and sends Slack notifications to the team.
