I use Yamuna Body Rolling for stress management 🌞
My clients love this brilliant technique which compliments their Pilates practice very well but it can also stand on it’s own. We use various balls to reset bones and free up space in the joints to allow optimum range of motion. It’s a safe alternative for resistance training to maintain flexibility, strength and bone health. Feels like a deep tissue massage. This shoulder hands on with the Yamuna gold ball below is an old time favourite.
