UniverCell doesn’t charge connection fees, set-up fees, or any other fee to do with phone calls, unless it is part of the call itself. We believe that there is never a reason to charge someone to connect a call, although many of our competitors disagree! We have spent a long time in this industry, and have grown our business by ensuring that the customer is always put first.
