We provide a broad approach to self defence and martial arts, allowing you to train without restriction and because not every one wishes long term training, we provide short specialist courses as well as long term development. We have developed an instructors' training program that ensures consistent and high quality teaching. Instructors give positive feedback to students and encourage students to give positive feedback to each other too. All instructors are qualified and insured through their professional bodies and are DBS checked, first aid qualified and have done necessary child protection courses. Health and safety
