Pani Puri filled with a mixed bean salsa and topped with coriander chutney and jalapeรฑo cheese sauce.
Another fine dining event came our way in Canary Wharf. The client was celebrating their birthday and we were asked for a vegetarian menu for 10. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking for this lovely group and glad they enjoyed themselves.

Having developed a passion for cooking from a young age, I have continued to cook for social media channels and even appeared on Masterchef in 2010. Since then I wanted to branch out to private dining and have taken this step in order to complement my 9-5 career with something that is my passion.
