and clearing the mind, having experiences of pure consciousness it has been a huge surprise that not only my intuition or a knowing became clearer but insights into peoples’ lives past and futures or psychic perception developed. My primary experience of life is of energy – before thought, deed or form I can sense the energy of an environment or from someone and this energy presents a lot of information. Through deep life experience, meditation and years of work in mental health I have learnt to interpret this information in a helpful, grounded and structured way. I believe we all have access to this faculty, my greater hope being to lovingly re-introduce people to their ability to answer questions for themselves. I usually start with an oracle card as I find they help to focus and contain the reading. Then the talking comes – usually fast so please record. I am shown images and ‘blocks of thought’ regarding your situation almost like a hologram. My sight is guided through your past, present, the possibilities in your future, the current state of your energy, health, personality, emotions or aura. I am taken through a journey of information about any of these aspects yet the main thing I am doing is describing as thoroughly as possible what I am seeing and experiencing. The main way information is presented to me is through sensing and feeling (clairsentience) and a clear knowing (Claircognizance). In my practice I vigilantly observe my being to prevent interference – I look out for when my own judgement or feelings may be getting in the way using mindfulness and I manage them to be as clear a channel for your reading as possible. I NEVER know how a reading is going to go! I can never second guess what messages spirit has for you, it’s always as much a surprise for me. As I’m mostly describing, things may not make sense to me but are very relevant for you. This reading is all about and all for you. I believe that spirit will bring the information that you most need to know. There may be insight into how childhood experiences feed in to patterns today or current skills you may need to work on for your best future. The future as I see it is not set. There are some things that we are meant to experience for whatever reason, we can certainly go into that, but we also have plenty of free will and free time to play. When I look into the future, I see several strands or timelines but some options seem to ‘glow’ more than others. Sometimes we may have insight into past lives which is always interesting but I tend not to get hung up on past life stuff (if we were meant to know it we would right?) and believe that we can find all the answers in this life. Also, occasionally passed loved ones pop up. I’m not trained in meduimship but will do my best. I want the best for you, I want for you to be happy so I get see your loveliest self and your pathway to happiness. It is honestly a pleasure and honour to do readings for people. It is my favourite thing – how often do we get to see someone at their very best? Whatever the message, all the readings I’ve done have been uplifting and positive and I am able through my skills and experience to deliver difficult messages with compassion so you may not even notice. How to receive a Reading…. Once we start the reading I feel we ‘cocoon in’. I feel a very safe space enfolds us and I am able to tune in to your highest self – I am privileged to see you and your qualities at your very best, your path to living your best and what may be in the way of fulfilling your highest potential. As this is a special and intimate space it is important that you are free from the influence of alcohol, substance or hangover. When we begin I may or may not do a little meditation together or I will play a crystal or Tibetan singing bowl to promote relaxation. Whatever is needed. Being in the same room or the other side of the world makes no difference to the reading but is fine for whatever you need for your experience. We can connect over skype or you can visit me in North London. I can tap into your energy from wherever as our consciousness in universal. How incredible is that?! While the content of a reading varies incredibly, there will be layers and layers of information so you may want to take notes but it is most advisable to record on your phone so you can be more present. You don’t have to tell me anything if you wish, simply receive. We can do a general reading sure but it can be helpful to have a thoughtful question or a need for guidance in a specific area of life. I find a reading stays with me forever, things people said to me 20 years ago still pop into my head regularly so be prepared for an impact.
