Delicious vegan 🌱 salad 🥗 box 📦 at Wanderlust by Pollen & Grace provided to the volunteers at Wanderlust- which was fab. So glad I did that. The banana bread was great too and was my dinner. Got one for my lill too 😊

Heart openers are important for strengthening 💪 the body but more so for energising mind and body. By lifting your 💓 , moving your shoulders back and lengthening the front and back of your body, you reduce back pain and shoulder tightness, and at the same time lift your spirits. Go for a back bend and feel your 🌍 become a little lighter.

This pizza was (under all the rocket) immense! Roasted veg and particularly the piqulito peppers were just amazing. I swapped out the jalapeños for extra aubergine as I love it so much and the hummus on top was sooo good. I would love to tell you what it was called but can’t find it on the menu. But look out for it as it was delicious and a very healthy option as no cheese.
