Friday morning treatment. A Top-to-Toe treatment was booked for 90 minutes and we managed to use all these tools on the face. This is one of my favourite treatments to give. It slows the sympathetic nervous system through the feet and the face and you leave with a glow on the inside and out. A deeply nourishing hydration face mask works on your face while I work your feet with my hands.

☀️ If you don’t have a tool, use your hands and some facial oil!
☀️ So many people have a Gua Sha tool lurking in a drawer. It isn’t going to benefit your skin in there!
