Always on point

Our optical, marker-based camera tracking technology means StarTracker Max always knows exactly where it is. No drift. No recalibration between setups. A star map created once runs reliably for years – the same map, every power-on, every show.

Because the sensor points up rather than into the scene, it's immune to the conditions that trip up other systems: lighting shifts, set changes, reflections, and green screen.

Whatever is happening on set, StarTracker stays locked.

It’s not complicated…

“… So why do they call it the L40?” – Because the L40 2-axis remote head has an L-shaped frame for convenient camera mounting... and it can handle packages up to 40kg…

Easy-to-use, with no additional technicians required, the L40 continues to be the go-to, relied upon by Operators and DoPs in Hollywood and across the globe.
