GUIDANCE ON PREVENTING HISTAMINE IN FISH DURING THE SUMMER SEASON

The Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA) is advising and women, consumers and food business operators on how to prevent formation in certain , particularly in the summer months. The SFPA has reviewed and re-issued its guidance leaflets: Histamine – Advice for Consumers and Recreational Fishers’ and ‘Histamine – Advice industry.’
