For 30 years XLP has supported thousands of young people across inner-city London and the City of London through mentoring, employability programmes, schools work and community-based support.

We're looking for a passionate Youth Worker to join our team, delivering face-to-face support in schools and communities across Lewisham and Greenwich. You'll build trusted relationships with young people facing complex challenges, helping them navigate difficult circumstances, make positive choices and create brighter futures.

If you're skilled at connecting with young people, passionate about seeing them thrive and ready to make a meaningful difference in South East London, we'd love to hear from you.
