Culture In Mind
Culture In Mind is about the cross cultural understanding of human behaviour. There are a range of anthropology pathways you can explore ranging from: Anthropology courses and taster days, cultural events, gallery talks, research methodology and design, anthropology tuition and corporate ethnographic consultation.
For all lovers of music out there, coincidentally the Royal Anthropological Institute (RAI) has two great research seminars coming up: On Wed 15th October there's a talk on Ethnomusicology which explores the relationship between music and culture and on 23rd Oct a fabulous talk by Noel Lobley who looks at the concept of curating sound from the West African rainforests to the community streets. Whats not to like? All free from 5.30-7.30pm. Further details and bookings here. https://www.therai.org.uk/events-calendar/eventdetail/220/-/rai-research-seminar-noel-lobley?filter_reset=1
