New today and on sale at Au Ciel in Dulwich Village. Pork & Fennel sausage rolls. Homemade butter puff-pastry and a filling of pork seasoned with onion & fennel seeds.

Friday's sourdough has a lovely, open crumb and a chewy crust. Full of flavour. It made a great Rarebit for lunch today.

Some golden glazed doughnuts and some beautifully flakey pains au chocolat.

If you are short of Christmas presents (or personal indulgences!) I have the following available now that I have fulfilled all my orders:

On Christmas Eve morning, I will be doing a Last Bake before Christmas. If you would like fresh sourdough or cinnamon buns, let me know and I will make sure that you get them.
