New feature now available on VisionsLive: PDF Uploads

Following client feedback, we’ve added the ability to upload and share PDF documents directly within VisionsLive focus groups and interviews.

Moderators can now share PDFs during a session, allowing respondents to scroll through the document and zoom in where needed. Polls and activities can also be run alongside the PDF, so respondents can complete tasks, answer questions and provide feedback while still viewing the document.

It’s another step in making online qualitative research more flexible, interactive and easier for our clients.

Following on from our recent star rating update, we’ve added another new feature to VisionsLive Bulletin Boards, again based on feedback from our clients.

You can now add image carousels to the whiteboard space, so instead of uploading just one static image, you can share multiple images for respondents to scroll through, explore and rate where needed.

This is a really useful addition for projects where visuals play an important role, whether that’s testing packaging, creative concepts, adverts, product ideas, mood boards or any stimulus where you want respondents to compare different options.

It helps make the task feel more natural and interactive for respondents, while giving researchers richer feedback and a clearer sense of what stands out.
