Denae Joseph is a human rights activist and undocumented immigrant from Belize, Central America. Moving to the United States at the age of 7, her drive for life is grounded in her love for her grandmother, Rita, who raised her. An inspiration to all through her remarkable energy and resilience... a unique and powerful voice for the estimated 11m undocumented citizens of the US.

Denea is a regularly sought-after media commentator on immigration issues, advocating for the representation of UndocuBlack immigrants within the mainstream immigrant narrative. Denea is a board member for the Center for Law and Social Policy and works as the National Entrepreneurship Manager for Immigrants Rising.
