Description: A large-scale modern urban development designed as a continuous green and active place, combining recreation and public spaces. That aims to enhance quality of life by integrating healthy, community-focused environments into the urban fabric.

Challenge: The only minor challenge during the project was testing different viewing angles in the early stages in order to best highlight both the Arabic character of the design and its modern urban aesthetic.

Collaboration: Overall, the project went very smoothly, largely thanks to our extensive experience working with Arabic architectural projects and partners, which helped us stay aligned and understand the vision from the very beginning.

Description: The project focused on developing a modern, stylish Union State lobby and co-working space for one of the company’s U.S. offices.

Challenge: The key design focus was on a unique interplay of light, as well as the natural look and feel of the wood materials. This wasn’t just a design preference — it was the main area where we concentrated our efforts, as these two elements were meant to give the space its distinctive character and raisin.

Collaboration: This was a pilot project in collaboration with this partner. The production process went quite smoothly overall, and we’re looking forward to further refining this space, as well as the rest of the areas - as the concept continues to evolve.
