REASON #1 = CONVENIENCE
One of the best things about this discipline is that they are one of the most convenient exercises that you can do. All you need is a bar and your own body weight. You can do them at the gym or if you want you can buy your own pull up bar and do them from the convenience of your own home. Or often now you can find your local park and jump on some of their fitness equipment. Hands up 🙋♀️🙋🏻♂️ if you’ve ever challenged your child on the monkey bars. •
