So pleased that Oscar has decided to take on the Dragon Ride in support of Small Steps today!
Oscar works for Nextview Consulting, helping us improve our system. The team came to visit last month and that's when Oscar chose to put lots of efforts in raising money for us!
Do encourage him if you can, the link to donate is in our bio 🚴🏽♂️🧡

A huge congratulations to Georgia, who successfully completed a challenging 52-mile cycle ride just 10 days ago—on one of the hottest days of the year! We are incredibly grateful for her efforts, having raised an amazing £4,000! Really, she's an amazing star!
Georgia was invited to speak about her experience on the yesterday morning. Here are some highlights - the full interview is available here https://vimeo.com/1198054774!

May 2026 at Small Steps 👣
It's been another busy and exciting month!
The number of SmallSteppers continues to grow, and we are incredibly proud to support them and their families. Our children have continued to work hard across all areas of development whilst travelling the world, exploring new places to visit in their day-to-day, and enjoying more sensory stories.
We’ve also been blown away by the incredible support and fundraising efforts from our amazing community:
- A huge thank you to Nextview Consulting for their pro bono support through their 1% Pledge. They are designing and building a bespoke CRM system for the charity, and we were delighted to welcome the whole team on a recent visit!
- Finlay’s dad completed an Ultra Marathon in Menorca with two friends, raising over £11,500!
- The Richmond May Fair was a fantastic success thanks to all the wonderful homemade donations; thank you to everyone who baked and helped at our stall!
- The farewell party organised by the Mayor of Richmond was truly special. What a year it has been, supported by such dedicated and generous people.
- Georgia pushed through the heatwave to cycle 52 miles, raising over £4,000, what a superstar!
- And finally, Sophie and Laura are continuing their journey to John O’Groats — now on Day 7, having already cycled 666 km and raised more than £5,555!
We are so grateful for every effort, every mile, and every moment of support 🧡

We had a fantastic day at the Richmond May Fair with our cake stall last weekend! A huge thank you goes to the 21 wonderful people who baked and donated such a delicious variety of cakes, as well as to our brilliant volunteers who helped run the stall throughout the day. It was lovely to see so many families stopping by, enjoying a treat and supporting us. The day was a great success as we raised over £1,000 🎉🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
We are so excited to be doing it all again soon at Kew Fete on Saturday 20th June. If you are able to bake a cake or help volunteer on the day, your support would be very much appreciated. Thank you again to everyone who made the Richmond event so special 🧡
