Our upcoming 4 week parenting for wellbeing group provides space for parents to breathe and explore the harder bits of parenting and family life, together in community.

Each week we look at topics such as:

- self care and self compassion
- acknowledging feelings
- understanding our children's behaviours
- parenting styles and family routines

The group will take place at St Luke's church Northover BR1.
10 am - 11:30 am and if children are happy to they can stay with play staff at Busy Bee's stay and play.

Hi everyone 👋

We are planning on refreshing some items in our toddler groups * 🐝 Busy Bees & 🏮Little Lanterns* and buying some new outside toys

We have set up a fundraising campaign to see if we can raise £400 to fund this.
