This season has been quite the ride. 🌍
We’ve welcomed new companies into the Lanced community and continued expanding across Europe — and it’s incredible to see where things are growing.

🇩🇪 Germany is now our leading market at Lanced

By the end of Q1, we welcomed our 8th German theater to the platform. From smaller theaters to full staatstheaters, more and more artistic teams are turning to Lanced to make auditions more streamlined, clear, and manageable — even with a high volume of applications.

🇨🇭 Switzerland follows in second place,
🇸🇪 Sweden and 🇳🇱 the Netherlands are currently sharing third.

We’re proud to see this momentum building across Europe — and even more excited for what’s ahead.

It’s the first time we’ve gotten this ‘gamified’ feedback, and it feels like a compliment. Because that is part of the idea.

When reviewing hundreds of applications, the experience shouldn’t feel like digging through tiny spreadsheet rows or endlessly searching through emails. It should feel intuitive, clear, and even enjoyable, while still holding all the detail and context you need to make the right decisions.

The easier and more natural the process feels, the more space there is actually to get to know the dancers behind the application.

That’s exactly what we want Lanced to do:
