On Friday I hosted the BrightSky Community networking event where the topic of conversation was Vision. We spoke about our fears and self limiting beliefs as well as the importance of connecting with the future feelings around our vision and raising our vibration for the benefit of ourselves and the collective.

After that I spent some time with a client studying the art of community design, specifically around the Mighty Networks platform. The course is truly inspiring and I highly recommend it if you are trying to build a community as part of your business.

Hello, this is me! 👋

My name is Sarah and when I started Optio a year ago, like so many, I wanted to create something that would serve others and give me more time with my 3 children who I raise alone. 🧒🧒👧🏼

Over the last year I have come full circle with the business. I started in September and got busy quickly. By January I had taken on 4 associates to work with new and existing clients, while I kept the sales wheel turning. By June this year I was starting to feel out of alignment with the business.

🧘🏼‍♀️ You see, I've been on a big journey of healing over the last three years which started with dropping alcohol from my life in January 2018. From there I started recognising more areas of my life that needed addressing and have been slowly peeling back the layers and healing old traumas along the way.

🦋 It's been transformational to say the least.

🫂 So in June I made the decision to focus my energy on working with people who help people.

🌱 I'm now working directly with clients in the wellbeing and coaching space and it feels so good to be helping the people who helped me. 💚 My team of associates continue to do an amazing job with our other clients. Thank you team ⭐
