So how do you find support and pressure levels?
There are four methods.
The first, which we have studied, is to look for support pressure from the ma!
When the k-line retraces close to the moving average and the price does not continue to fall, it acts as a support level, then you can buy.

Likewise when the k-line rallies close to the moving average and does not continue to rise, the corresponding position here is a pressure level and can be sold

Note that when using moving averages to determine resistance and support levels, when choosing a shorter time period, with a large period of moving averages, the combination of long and short will be better.

Support

When the price reaches a certain level in the market, it seems to create a line of resistance that supports the price and influences it to continue to fall, which we call a support line.

Because the previous price in a certain price range for a large number of into the exchange of hands, so this location into the cost of the price, therefore, when the price from the rise to fall, reached near this location, shorting power has been exhausted, the formation of a large number of chips demand, buying is clearly greater than selling, causing prices to rebound, and many times in this location down unsuccessfully, the formation of a stronger support line

Pressure
When the price in the market reaches a certain level, a line of resistance is created that exerts pressure on the price and affects the price to continue to rise, we call it a pressure line or pressure level.

The reason for the formation of pressure is because the price is affected by the short term rise in profit taking or the pressure of the pre-existing hedge is eager to unwind, when the price rises to a certain price range, the short side of the force becomes strong, the long side of the force becomes weak, will produce a large number of selling, because the selling is obviously greater than the buying, causing the price to fall, if many times in the vicinity of this position, have failed to form an effective breakthrough will form a stronger pressure line
