This isn’t about chasing big wins or forcing positivity. It’s about noticing. Noticing the small shifts, the things you handled well, and the patterns that might need adjusting.

A regular end-of-week check-in can offer clarity and help you make more intentional choices next week.

No pressure. Just a pause.
