So this month, I’ve decided I want to be able to perform non- assisted pill ups. My goal is to be able to complete 1 by the 31st March. I know this will be challenging (I’m currently using 42kg assistance) but I’ve been saying I want to work on my upper body for the longest, and I keep putting it off. So this is my accountability post 🧚🏾‍♀️

✨Glute pushdowns✨

These are a great beginner glute/hamstring exercise. I especially like to do them when the gym is packed and i can’t do my usual routine.
