Last week Liam spoke with us and revealed his 3 point training plan:
(1) 5-6 hours hard graft each day
(2) nutrition nutrition nutrition
(3) discipline comes above everything else.
Liam lives and breathes Muay Thai, of that we can be sure. But he listens and learns from his team: Every move to us as spectators can be confused with aggression, but only when you study this martial art form will you appreciate and understand the 8 limbs of movement and the importance of training the brain to think in milliseconds so as to be ever ready for your opponent. Muay Thai is truly a sport of intelligence and high speed awareness! 🙏🏽
