This weekend, Helen will be assisting on a teacher training course 📚✨

This video is a little sneak peek from the last course she helped on. One of the things Helen loves most about working with is that learning never stops. Whether you're a new student or an experienced teacher, there's always something new to discover about movement, teaching and the human body.

A little heads up that we’re running a slightly reduced schedule over May half term

No class? No problem 😅 Here’s a little toe lift + toe spread challenge from class for you to practise at home while we’re away 👣✨ Amazing for foot strength, balance and waking up all those tiny stabilising muscles we often forget about!✨

Please note the following timetable changes:
• Monday 25th May – no class
• Tuesday 26th May – no classes
• Thursday 28th May – 6:30pm class will be at .community.centre instead of the Sydenham Centre
