👩🏼🍳I’ve had a two week break from making croissants!! Pleased to report that I haven’t forgotten and it is still very satisfying!
🍫Straight back in with experimenting: a pistachio creme patisserie and chocolate swirl. Unfortunately half an hour spent skinning pistachios was a complete waste of time because you can’t taste them 😂
