Today, La Mamma Italiana offers you rigatoni (cooked al dente) with our red prawns from Mazara del Vallo in Sicily (they are the best!) marinated for 15/20 min with our organic vinegar with cranberries, it's delicious!

Then, we sauté them in a pan over high heat with some beautiful cherry tomatoes salt, pepper and of co,urse extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and .... the piatto is served!
