Antalya’s best beaches

There aren't that many beaches around Antalya, two main ones are situated around the city: Lara and Konyaalti. These are the best beaches in Antalya as many partners point out.

is a region in western Antalya, near the Ta**us Mountains. It has everything you need for a comfortable staycation.
There's plenty of room for everyone - even in high season, you can easily accommodate large companies by the sea. Bonus - stunning mountain views!

Konyaalti's waters are mild and calm, making swimming very comfortable. It's not a small bay, so the waves are likely to rise in the afternoon.
There're changing rooms, showers, toilets and trash cans throughout.
There's a paid beach with sun beds, umbrellas and a bar.

There is a promenade by the sea with benches, bike paths, sports equipment, and even a cell phone charging socket and a free Wi-Fi zone.
Although the coast is pebble, we prefer this to Lara's sandy beaches The reason is that Konyaalti has the cleanest sea and a lot of space to offer. Also, it is one of the most beautiful beaches with mountain views.

Lara beach
is located on the other side of Antalya city center - east. It's a sandy beach, so families with children mostly come to Lara. One of the features of this area is that there is an air corridor above it. The coast is sandy, the summer sand is burning - you can't walk without your shoes.

is further east after Lara.
If you want sand and less people, this is the place for you. There are no special facilities, but you can have a more relaxing holiday. The disadvantage is that the wind and waves are relatively strong here, and there are sharp rocks in the southern part of the coast.

Paid beaches

is the oldest and smallest beach in Antalya. It can be called a landmark because it is not very practical for sunbathing and swimming.

Park Beach
is the "youth" choice for party lovers. Entertainment has everything: day - water, night - club. Sports equipment rental, bars, discotheques... The beach is at the end of Konyaalti, so the coast here is the same - small to medium pebbles, clear water.

Which beach do you go to?

Off-plan Property and Promissory Contracts in Portugal

Price rise and lack of affordable makes customers investigate off-plan development projects.
Unlike some jurisdictions (ex UAE) Portugal doesn’t provide for obligatory escrow procedure when buying the property off-plan. Meaning that the foreign buyer must be twice as careful when entering into Promissory Contract of sale for the future .

Legal advisors point out several must-be clauses to keep the client on the safe side.

🔷DD of the project (specifically make sure the construction license doesn’t expire until the anticipated construction completion)

🔷Full description of the future property starting with the exact address and project details and finishing with décor requirements

🔷Installment planning
Usually, such contracts provide for a partial down payment upon contract conclusion and then stipulate installments either on a specific date or upon the reach of certain construction stage
Deadlines are advised to be insured by certain penalties in case of violation.

🔷Recalculation and withdrawal
Any future development might differ from the original planning details.
Floorspace change must lead to the property price change. In case of sufficient alterations a withdrawal option is to be foreseen.

Experts advise to be particularly careful when entering into Promissory Contract! Make sure you consult the qualified market professional to assist you.
