If you struggle with fast decision making, there are techniques to improve your skills.
1- Acknowledge the matter at hand, does it require further research or is a fast decision relevant?
2- Practice making decisions even on trivial matters to improve your decision making technique.
3- Make an informed decision by identifying the problem, risk and solutions
4- Visualize the desired outcome.
5- When you make the decision and take ownership of it. Perfection is not required.
6- Take into account your intuition and gut feeling as it is often an indicator of the right route.
