"We started the FairLiving Foundation with a simple belief: the people who keep our society going should be able to live in it.

Every day, key workers, carers, young professionals, and older adults show up for the rest of us—teaching, caring, driving, stocking, supporting. And yet, when it comes to housing, they’re too often left behind. Single incomes can’t compete in a market built for two. Essential workers face long commutes or unstable rentals. Young people are urged to climb a housing ladder whose first rung keeps moving. And older adults often downsize into isolation, not community.

The FairLiving Foundation is our answer to that problem. We design and deliver homes for people who live alone—whether they’re just starting out, starting over, or choosing a different path. These are not charity homes. They are high-quality, well-designed spaces rooted in dignity and built in the heart of the communities people already serve.

Our homes are shaped by community-first planning and designed to be both efficient and beautiful. We work closely with leading housebuilders and local authorities to offer real ownership options, sometimes up to 50% below market value. And every development includes shared spaces that foster connection, belonging, and wellbeing.
