Good habits to get you started.
Creating a healthy and beautiful body that will not only last you for years to come, but will also be pleasing to the eye is always a job that requires effort.
Often the effort required is described too harshly, which is why most people either choose a different, simpler path that ends up yielding no results at all, or do not try to change anything in their lives at all, continuing to float on a boat called "comfort zone".
However, it really isn't that bad.
Starting to change your way of thinking, your lifestyle and, consequently, your body, is not as difficult as it may seem at first glance, if you approach it competently and delicately.
If you're at the beginning of this journey, or can't decide to take the first step, I have some very good news for you today.
In this post, I've listed 10 habits that by implementing into your life on a daily basis, you'll start moving towards your desired results much faster and more productively.

✅ Study and understand everything you do.
If you want to get more out of everything you do, it's a good idea to increase your level of knowledge in this field. For example, if you want to get rid of excess body weight more effectively, you need to understand how the process works and how you can influence it in a positive way. To normalize your eating habits, you should understand the mechanisms of eating disorders and start to get rid of factors that provoke unhealthy attitudes to food and its consumption. And so on.
✅ Think about your 'future self' more often, so that you can make the right decision about what is best for you at the moment. For example, if your main goal is a long and happy life, when you take a packet of ci******es out of your bag, you can think of your main goal instead of your momentary pleasure and throw the pack away instead of taking out the cigarette and light it. It's the same with everything else.

Method number 1.
* Add 100-150 grams of sultanas and 50 grams of senna (buy it at the drugstore).
