Never done this before: No brake, no gears, feet clamped into pedals. Bit scarey at the beginning, but absolutely loved it.

This morning, immediately buys some cleat cycling shoes and new pedals for my road bike!!

Joseph (experinece team) and Nadine (instructor) were fab.

BENFLEET 15

A challenging 15 mile, multi-terrain course, incorporating sections of the Canvey Island sea wall, and the undulating Hadleigh Downs.

Muddy, slippery, off road surfaces.
