Need to make a last-minute change? No problem. DPD offers multiple in-flight options, letting you adjust your delivery preferences such as choosing a safe place, a neighbour, or a local pick-up shop, even after your parcel has been dispatched.

You’ll also receive predictive notifications via SMS or email, keeping you informed every step of the way. Additionally, DPD’s commitment to carbon-neutral delivery e.g. using 100% electric vehicles and recyclable packaging perfectly aligns with our company values.
